Russ Dorsey founded Integrated Solutions in 1994, leveraging years of experience managing IT projects for many of Birmingham's hospitals and corporations, to create a consulting firm focused on supporting physicians, lawyers and accountants.

Since 1994 we have built a solid, consistent reputation in an industry that is constantly changing. We've expanded our offering to include factory authorized hardware sales and spun off successful telecomm and accounting software companies.

Today we support hundreds of servers and thousands of desktops for a very demanding list of doctors, lawyers, accountants and engineers.

We focus on understanding and maintaining the systems that run our clients' businesses - instead of just trying to sell the them the latest "buzzword" technology or recurring service.

We partner with our clients, lending advice and support, however much or little is required. We help formalize long term IT strategies and also plan for short notice projects.

From the helpdesk to the data center, we are a full service IT company, providing everything from hardware sales to server monitoring and maintenance to special projects such as SAN deployments and virtualization.

Finally, we are there, day and night, watching their critical systems, deploying updates, resolving issues and responding to the occasional emergency.
